A QA Advisor is needed for a company that transports, distributes and generates energy, with diversified assets that include a balance between crude oil and natural gas in the Houston, TX area. The Integrity Report QA/QC Advisor ensures the accuracy, compliance, and quality of ILI and NDE documentation for pipeline integrity programs by reviewing data, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and managing its entry into integrity management systems.

responsibilities:
- Supports two pipeline integrity teams: ILI (In-Line Inspection) Monitoring, Integrity Dig Mitigation Programs.
- Provides QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) for: ILI reporting documentation, Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) reports.
- Ensures all documentation complies with: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Company data system requirements.
- Collaborates with: Internal stakeholders, External vendors (to resolve documentation errors)
- Reviews vendor-submitted ILI data and deliverables for: Accuracy, Compliance with company reporting standards.
- Validates field-collected pipeline assessment data, including: NDE records.
- Inputs validated data into the Pipeline Integrity Management System for: Analysis, Trend monitoring.
