A Material Handler is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products in the Savannah, GA area. This role requires a flexible and cooperative team member who performs a variety of support duties, leads by example, and works with limited supervision to interpret and execute tasks from various technical and verbal instructions.

responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of duties to support team operations.
- Promotes cooperation, leads by example, and mentors others in quality, safety, environmental, Lean, and HPWS philosophies.
- Demonstrates flexibility by performing other duties as requested.
- Works with limited supervision.
- Reads and works from computer-generated pictures, wiring diagrams, simple drawings, sketches, engineering drawings, specifications, and other written or verbal instructions.
- Possesses some necessary computer skills.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 1 year previous experience in manufacturing setting highly preferred.
- Comfortable with hand tools, cut saws.
