responsibilities:
- Work on key components of electrical validation of complex ASIC SOC
- Conduct electrical characterization of DDR2-4 to ensure compliance
- Measured and analyzed a range of electrical parameters
- Perform debugging and provide recommendations to cross-functional teams
- Develop tools for hardware testing and data collection
- Knowledge of JEDEC industrial standards
- Proficient in software and hardware electrical compliance memory patterns
- Understanding of functional capabilities of memory controllers and PHY initialization flows
- C/C++, Python, Perl, Powershell
- Experience with standard interfaces
