As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety, cost, schedule, and execution of various projects within your territory of DE, MD, NJ and eastern PA. This is a self-directed role where you will be empowered to lead and manage your projects from your home office.

responsibilities:
- Negotiate and purchase of materials, services, and subcontracts for assigned projects
- Work closely with customer reps and vendors, to facilitate timely and profitable completion of quality projects
- Develop scopes of work and project schedules to effectively communicate expectations on purchase orders and subcontract agreements
- Review project documents, perform site visits, attend pre-bid meetings, and prepare completion of quality projects
- Coordinate vendor sourcing (i.e. factory, set-up contractors, transportation, and trade subcontractors)
- Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret, and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budgets
- Maintain all project documentation as required by the project. Ensure project documentation is created and submitted to clients, subcontractors, etc. as needed to mitigate risk and remain compliant with contract terms
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings including designating weekly operation meetings, internal and external progress meetings with subcontractors and customers
- Prepare all change order requests for customer approval. Perform estimating for all change orders. Document all field directives from the customer or architect that change the scope of work or original design of the contract documents
- Responsible for developing accurate, competitive pricing in the marketplace
- Assists sales reps in preparation of proposals and presentations
Safety:
- Coordinate safety efforts for all major projects. Using both internal and external resources as required;
- Ensure that safety standards and client expectations are communicated, the sub- contractors follow through on their responsibilities and audit that they are practiced
- Report any incidents immediately to the Senior Project Manager and Corporate Safety team and ensure that the incident reporting policies are followed
- Participate in risk and incident reviews as applicable
Working Conditions
-Extensive travel is required including potentially extended overnight stays.
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in interpreting construction specifications and blueprints.
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Modular Industry
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact professionally with both internal and external clients
- Must have OSHA-30 certification or be able to obtain certification within the first 60-days of employment
- Ability to pass both pre-employment and random drug & alcohol tests on demand
- Ability to pass pre-employment check
