We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tech to join our clients team. You will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations and ensuring the quality of goods and services, including performing percise quality inspections. The ideal candidate will assist with inventory tracking, shipping, and receiving, while maintaining detailed records and adhering to safety and quality standards.

responsibilities:
- Perform detailed quality inspections on incoming and finished cutting tools using a microscope to identify and document defects
- Document and report all inspection results, as well as maintain detailed records of tool status and shipping/receiving activities
- Work with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and improve existing processes
- Assist with various logisitics tasks, including inventory tracking, preparing shipments, and receiving goods
- Operate and maintain quality inspection tools and microscopes
- Use basic Microsoft Office Suite Software (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and communication
- Follow all established procedures for quality assurance and safety standards
- Help with other dutues as assigned to support overall production and logistics operations
