A Dispatcher Associate is needed for a world class utility company in the Fort Wayne, IN area. This job involves assisting in the operation and dispatching of a power distribution system, focusing on safety, communication, and accurate record-keeping to ensure reliable service and emergency response.

responsibilities:
- Assisting with the safe and reliable operation, dispatching, and restoration of facilities.
- Promoting and enforcing company safety programs.
- Following company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrating ethical behavior.
- Operating communication equipment.
- Tracking crew locations and work.
- Dispatching personnel for outages and emergencies.
- Authorizing facility restoration.
- Maintaining accurate outage and equipment records.
- An associate degree in electrical or electronic technology, or a Bachelor of Science in any field.
- Equivalent education and/or experience is also acceptable.
