Building Controls Engineer for a leading manufacturing company near Boston, MA. This role is responsible to develop applications to program equipment for new facility builds for large campuses.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or a related engineering field
- At least 4 years' work experience in Industrial Controls / Automation
- Familiarity with Modicon PLCs and EcoStruxure Control Expert (formerly Unity Pro)
- Experience with Inductive Automation Ignition SCADA and/or AVEVA System Platform

responsibilities:
- Providing centralized software support for critical BMS applications
- Collaborate with a team to design, install, commission, and service building automation and facility management systems.
- Develop control programs for BMS systems using Function Block, scripting, and graphical interfaces
- Design user-friendly graphical interfaces for BMS systems.
- Perform on-site startup, system checkout, commissioning, and programming.
- Validate and troubleshoot field devices, controllers, and equipment during point-to-point checkout
- Travel up to 33% for commissioning
