A Supply Chain Analyst is needed for a company that transports, distributes and generates energy, with diversified assets that include a balance between crude oil and natural gas in the Houston, TX area. This is a support role for the SCM Planning & Performance Analytics team, focused on managing data, creating reports and dashboards, and automating workflows using tools like SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI to ensure continuous operations and high-quality analytics.

responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, and lists.
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Power Automate forms and workflows.
- Update, maintain, and develop Power BI dashboards.
- Develop and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in performance analysis against external benchmarks.
- Prepare concise, clear reports.
- Provide flexible, cross-functional support for the team.
- Maintain clear documentation for all tasks.
- Fulfill ad-hoc analytics reporting requests from SCM leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, specifically: SharePoint Online (site and list management), Power Automate (workflow creation and maintenance), Power BI (dashboarding and data modeling).
