BIM - Revit Specialist opportunity with a leading engineering consulting firm to help in the execution of industrial and heavy industrial capital projects . Working with BIM and Project Managers to set up and coordinate Revit or Plant 3D models for projects. This position can be based in any of the following locations and is a hybrid role - Cincinnati, Raleigh, Greenville, Savannah, Kansas City, Birmingham, Mobile, Salt Lake City, or Appleton, WI.

responsibilities:
- Coordinate all disciplines on a project to determine responsibility and ensure seamless model integration.
- Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from the project team.
- Set up and manage project models in Revit or Plant 3D, understanding the full process of how models are federated.
- Review project scope and notify management of any perceived changes, while ensuring all design output meets design input and quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned
- Demonstrate an understanding of the project scope and BIM requirements from the project proposal
- The ability to create or modify project templates in either Revit or Plant 3D.
- Demonstrated ability to understand how models are federated and set up
- Excellent communication skills to review design input and coordinate with the project team to resolve any ambiguous or conflicting information.
