Required Qualifications:
- Must have at least three (3) years of site development and underground utility project experience
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Primavera P6 (Preferred)
- Bluebeam (Preferred)

responsibilities:
- Monitors work and adheres to deadlines
- Prepare and submit monthly pay applications for projects
- Estimate and Submit proposals for changes to work
- Document Control including Submittals, RFI's, current drawings, and as built drawings.
- Contributes to project planning and scheduling process with Superintendent
- Manage materials (track releases, material on site, approve supplier invoices).
