Join a multi-billion dollar manufacturing organization for a contract role as a Quality Technician. This role will be part of the Quality team and will focus on product complaints and returns. An ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in the medical device or another highly regulated manufacturing environment, performing similar tasks and duties. This is a contract role that is expected to last at least 6 months and could lead to growth within the company.

responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end product complaint and returns process.
- Evaluate, investigate, and resolve customer complaints, documenting all findings in a timely manner.
- Analyze complaint data to identify trends and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
- Interface with customers and internal teams to gather information and report on complaints.
- Ensure all product complaints are reported to the appropriate regulatory agencies as required.
- Serve as a member of the internal audit team and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Recommend improvements to the quality system to enhance efficiency and minimize risk.
- 3+ years of medical device quality technician experience
- QMS experience
