- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage incoming mail and communication, prioritizing and directing as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence; maintain organized files and databases.
- Lead administrative initiatives, such as team-building activities and best practice sharing.
- Create forms, checklists, and procedures to improve departmental efficiency.
- Serve as a resource for internal and external customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of relevant administrative experience.
