A HR Generalist is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products in the Medley, FL area. This job is for a strategic HR Business Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leveraging data and business acumen to drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals, improve culture, and develop talent in a manufacturing environment.

responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Champion and cultivate a workplace culture based on core company values.
- Coach and mentor managers and employees to help them reach their full potential.
- Oversee succession planning and collaborate on talent acquisition to ensure a strong pipeline.
- Compile and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for improving effectiveness.
- Use lean methodologies to optimize HR processes and align them with business objectives.
- Lead and support special projects focused on continuous improvement.
- A Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of progressive HR experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience supporting an hourly workforce in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience as a trusted HR Business Partner, coaching leaders and advocating for employees.
- An advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in a non-union labor environment.
- Proven ability to work in a large, matrixed organization and drive results.
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational change initiatives with quantifiable results.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- strong business judgment and the ability to deliver customer-focused HR solutions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- strong analytical and systems skills, including proficiency in HR data analysis.
- Experience in project management, with a track record of on-time delivery.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Workday HRIS.
- Proven problem-solving skills to develop creative and effective solutions for workplace challenges.
