A Construction Manager is needed for an American social media conglomerate corporation in the Montgomery, AL area. The Construction Manager is a site-level project manager responsible for the safe, on-schedule, and within-budget execution of large-scale data center construction projects in Montgomery, Alabama

responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day activities with General Contractors and Telecom Partners.
- Driving solutions to preserve business unit goals and KPIs.
- Acting as the point of contact for external partners (GC, Trade Partners, Suppliers).
- Providing input into constructability and aiding in project schedule creation and maintenance.
- Escalating key issues for coordination with Campus Construction Management and Facilities Operations Project Management.
- The role demands strengths in project management, problem solving, partnership, leadership, and behavioral skills.
- Professional-Level Engineering or other related discipline is preferred.
- Experienced construction manager with 15+ years of service to supplement the construction management team for the build-out of the Montgomery campus.
- Experience with mechanical systems is preferred.
