A Field Project Manager is needed for a leader in the world of Technical Services and Engineering in the Aurora, IL area. The Field Project Manager (USPS) is responsible for on-site oversight of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety, schedule, and quality standards while managing project documentation, communications, and close-out procedures.

responsibilities:
- Inspect the daily progress of construction work to ensure it meets safety, schedule, quality, and material standards.
- Compile and submit daily construction observation reports and weekly progress reports for approval.
- Participate in meetings with the Project Manager (PM) and clients, and prepare meeting minutes.
- Manage, track, and process Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals.
- Review contractor invoices and certified payrolls.
- Assist the PM with various administrative tasks, including negotiating modifications, evaluating proposals, and tracking project documentation like safety incidents, photos, and compliance.
- Assist in the project close-out process by obtaining warranties, operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals, as-built drawings, and compiling a final project report.
- Prepare and manage deficiency and punch list logs.
