Required:
- Associate Degree in Biology/Biotechnology/Engineering (BS preferred)
- Hands on Lab experience and Wet-lab experience

responsibilities:
- Perform reagent manufacturing processes in a clean room environment while adhering to gowning protocols.
- Operate and maintain mixing and filling equipment, including automated dispensing, with proper documentation.
- Manage multiple operations efficiently for short durations throughout the workday.
- Collect and organize data based on engineering instructions using Excel.
- Execute repetitive operations with precision to minimize part-to-part variation.
- Apply basic failure analysis techniques to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain a clean and functional lab environment, including executing weekly or monthly cleaning activities.
- Ensure daily stocking and organization of lab supplies.
