A Project Coordinator is needed for the world's largest standalone medical technology development company in the North Haven, CT area. This is a highly experienced and autonomous administrative and technical support role that requires a minimum of six years of experience and involves providing project support, data analysis, and technical assistance while potentially leading a team and influencing process improvements.

responsibilities:
- Provide project and program support to a specific functional group.
- Monitor the status, budgets, and timelines of projects and programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of program and system guidelines.
- Gather, compile, and analyze data for reports.
- Provide technical support, including system training, documentation, and data management.
- Maintain the Design History File and work within a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
- Serve as a Change Analyst, routing changes into the PLM system.
- Potentially lead daily operations and provide guidance or instructions to junior staff.
- Handle complex and technical-advanced administrative duties with a high degree of initiative.
- Communicate with both internal and external contacts on important matters.
- Act as a team lead and assistant to a supervisor or manager, including delegating tasks and reviewing work.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced practical knowledge within a specific discipline.
- Ability to work autonomously and with a high degree of initiative.
- strong problem-solving skills to adjust and enhance systems and processes.
- Effective communication skills.
