A Contracts and Pricing Analyst for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company. Remote work. This is an individual contributor role responsible for independently evaluating and implementing pricing strategies, analyzing competitive markets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align pricing with business goals.

responsibilities:
- Pricing Strategy: Assist in evaluating and implementing pricing strategies and models.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct research and perform analysis on competitive pricing.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor the competitive environment to prevent negative impacts on company reputation and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, and Finance to correctly position the product portfolio and align pricing programs with strategy.
- Monetization & Upsell: Evaluate opportunities to monetize free products or create upsell opportunities.
- Impact Analysis: Project the impact of pricing changes, promotions, and rebates on revenue.
- Pricing Administration: Create and administer pricing databases and coordinate the implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.
- Judgment: The use of professional judgment in applying expertise.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to make decisions based on practice and previous experience.
- Knowledge: Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the discipline.
- Education/Experience: University degree or extensive practical knowledge.
