Seeking a skilled and motivated Electronics Repair Tech to join our clients team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and testing electronic products and production equipment, performing hardware testing and RMA repairs, and configuring custom cabinets. The technician will also document all repairs, and maintain inventory. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, proficiency in repairing electronic components, and familiarity with Micosoft Office and ERP systems are required. APPLY NOW!

responsibilities:
- Receive incoming repair orders and perform hardware testing and RMA repairs in a high-demand production environment
- Assemble, configure, and test hardware and wireless devices using standard industry protocols to communicate with remote systems
- Configure custome cabinets for customer orders according to current drawings and wiring diagrams
- Upgrade hardware products to meet current industry standards
- Conduct regular inventory audits of hardware
- Document all RMAs and their resolutions for customers
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members
- Travel to customer sites for repair and diagnostic work as needed
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Provide support to engineers on technical projects and products
