responsibilities:
- Creatiing innovative in wire-wound electrical component manufacturing and build-to-print process development.
- Lead lean manufacturing initiatives that directly impact efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Optimize work cell layouts to unlock new levels of performance and ergonomics.
- Implement and oversee assembly procedures that keep us ahead of industry standards.
- Implement process development and capital investment recommendations as process capabilities expand.
