A Quality Control Inspector in the Bethel, CT area is needed for a multinational power management company. This job requires an experienced quality control inspector to read blueprints, perform dimensional and soldering inspections, and manage quality paperwork and electronic transactions within a manufacturing environment.

responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints of machined and electronic parts.
- Perform dimensional inspection of machined parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, drop gages).
- Inspect electronics for soldering conformity.
- Validate that supplier certificates of conformity meet engineering specifications.
- Inspect and certify quality control paperwork.
- Transact operations on electronic systems.
- Ability to work using small hand tools.
- strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills (Excel/Word).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality functional role within a manufacturing environment.
