A growing civil engineering firm in Orange County, CA is seeking a Traffic Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or similiar along with 2+ years in traffic design or transportation planning.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

responsibilities:
- Support the development of transportation studies, traffic impact, VMT assessments, and safety reviews
- Coordinate with clients and public agencies to acquire data and ensure timely project deliverables
- Conduct hands-on field investigations to collect data for traffic counts and parking inventories
- Prepare technical reports and graphics using Synchro, Vistro, and VISSIM
- Act as company representitive at client and agency meetings
- BS Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field
- 2+ years experience in transportation planning or traffic engineering
- Experience with one or more: Synchro, Vistro, Vissim, TransCAD, AutoCAD or ArcGIS
