An Electronic Lab Technician in the Camarillo, CA area is needed for a multinational power management company. This role is for an experienced technician who will lead the testing, troubleshooting, and development of electronic systems while also providing guidance to others.

responsibilities:
- Takes on an advanced role in supporting the research, development, and testing of electronic systems.
- Works with engineers and scientists to conduct experiments and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Leads the setup, execution, and analysis of electronic component tests.
- Assists in the design and development of electronic prototypes, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Performs advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and solve electronic equipment issues.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic components into larger systems.
- Develops and maintains test fixtures and procedures.
- Provides technical guidance and training to junior technicians.
- Contributes to the documentation of design specifications and test procedures.
- Must be proficient with electronic test equipment like oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
- Requires a strong understanding of electronic principles and circuits.
- Needs experience with electronic design software.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.
- Knowledge of programming languages like C or Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry standards and certifications is also preferred.
- Requires an Associate degree or technical certificate in Electronics Technology or a related field.
- Needs 3-6 years of experience in a laboratory or technical environment.
