Electrical Technician at a world-wide leading industrial manufacturer located near North Syracuse, NY. This role is responsible to implement preventive maintenance programs for controls and associated equipment within the manufacturing plant.
Candidates must be comfortable working on a rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications:
- 2 Year Electrical Degree or 5+ years experience
- Experience troubleshooting industrial motor controls (A/C & D/C controls)
- Ladder logic, process control, and instrumentation experience is preferred
- Manufacturing experience is coveted

- Troubleshoot and maintenance of plant equipment
- Repair and replace defective components in motors, generators, controllers, storage batteries, switchboards, conductors, switches and varied electrical fixtures
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for controls and associated equipment
- Provide technical expertise regarding specifications, design, construction, and installation of new or replacement equipment
- Install, maintain and repair electrical, electromechanical, and electronic parts of machinery and equipment
