Mechanical Technician at a world-wide leading industrial manufacturer located near North Syracuse, NY. This role is responsible to implement preventive mechanical maintenance programs and associated equipment within the manufacturing plant.
Candidates must be comfortable working on a rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications:
- 2 Year Electrical Degree or 5+ years experience
- Experience troubleshooting industrial mechanical equipment
- Manufacturing experience is coveted

responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and maintenance of plant equipment
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain machines and the plant facility's equipment
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
