A Quality Inspector is needed for a technology company that designs and manufactures connectors and sensors for several industries, such as automotive, industrial equipment, data communication systems, and more, in the Brooklyn Park, MN area. The position involves performing a range of tasks, including visual inspections, using measurement tools, managing documentation, and assisting with audits, all while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

responsibilities:
- Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards through testing and inspection.
- Perform in-process and final inspections, as well as packaging, labeling, and product release.
- Conduct visual and tactile inspections to check for flaws.
- Use various inspection tools like micrometers and gauges for accurate measurements.
- Verify that equipment is properly calibrated.
- Assist with on-line inspections during the production process.
- Help with filing production and quality documents.
- Manage inspection priorities to meet delivery deadlines.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft applications.
- Ability to interpret drawings and/or specification documents.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and organization skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and adherence to good documentation practices.
- Intermediate math skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in medical device or similar regulated industry.
