A Construction Manager is needed for a leader in the world of Technical Services and Engineering in the Irvine, CA area. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced professional with a background in engineering or construction, particularly on government projects, who can manage daily reporting, project documentation, scheduling, and changes, while also possessing specific experience in fire alarm systems and NFPA standards.

- Must have some experience with fire alarm installation and familiarity with NFPA.
- Daily reporting on progress, review and coordination of submittals, RFIs, project schedule and change orders.
- Degree in Engineering/Construction or related field and/or 8+ years of experience in construction, preferably on government projects.
