responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the application of both AI and Six Sigma methodolgies to drive process optimization and quality improvements
- Identify opportunities to leverage artifical intelligence and machine learning models for predictive analysis, process automation, and root cause analysis
- Lead and guide others in the practical use of the Six Sigma philosophy and tools, concentrating on never-ending improvement
- Aid in identifying and selecting projects that align with strategic business needs, continually monitoring project progress and evaluating new opportunities
- Utilize advanced statistical process control and AI-driven analystics to monitor key performance indicators and predict potential process defects
- Facilitate training and coaching for employees on AI concepts and Six Sigma principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ownership
- Drive the deployment of AI-powered solutions that lead to measurable gains in efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction
- Travel up to 15%
