responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards
- Oversee project documentation, contracts, and reporting
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- 5+ years of commercial and industrial construction project management experience
