Top construction company and employer in Bloomington, MN is looking to add a Construction Project Manager due to growth. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing the day to day oversight, construction project safety, quality, and schedule related to linear above-ground large scale commerical construction. Bachelors degree is preferred and there will be travel to project sites as needed within the regional area.

responsibilities:
- Responsible for the oversight of day-to-day large scale commercial construction activities and the successful execution of a single or multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide direction and participate in project planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development, and establishing critical project objectives.
- Lead, train, and manage project teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, handling proposals, contracts, and project-related communications.
- Manage project budgets, cost reporting, invoicing, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure adherence to safety programs, legal requirements, and project permits.
