A Senior Project Manager is needed for a leading Electrical Contractor. The Sr. PM will oversee the successful execution of complex commercial and industrial electrical projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role is crucial for project delivery, managing all aspects of the job while actively contributing to team development through mentoring and training of field staff.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6+ years of progressive electrical management experience within the commercial construction industry and be capable of concurrently managing 3-8 active projects ranging from $1M to $10M+. Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills are essential, along with the ability to make timely decisions and travel as required for site visits. Relocation may be considered for qualified regional candidates.

responsibilities:
- Manage the financial health of projects, including material purchases and appropriate staffing
- Organize labor, equipment, materials, and safety requirements for assigned projects
- Coordinate with General Contractors and other trades, setting project needs and objectives
- Prepare, submit, and manage all necessary project submittals and documentation
- Conduct weekly site visits to confirm progress, attend project meetings, and prepare for future tasks
- Regularly review project performance, implementing corrective measures to ensure project completion within budget and schedule
