A Support Specialist is needed for a leader in power and automation technologies in the Bartlesville, OK area. This Channel Support Specialist role is the primary contact and first escalation point for transactional, operational, and complaint issues between the company, its channel partners, and customers.

responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing customer requirements and preparing quotations with cost estimates.
- Review and understand customers control specifications.
- Develop control architecture per specifications and equipment requirements.
- Prepare control functional specifications for systems, stations, and/or work cells.
- Review and identify control modification requirements of existing equipment.
- Prepare cost estimates for system/station control requirements.
- Coordinate customer activities related to controls (e.g., Attend meetings and make presentations).
- Refining processes to achieve better team results.
- Thorough understanding of Quoting, Ordering, and Proposal processes.
- Basic knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or other ERP systems.
- Thorough understanding of the Channel Support and Order process.
