An Electrical Startup/Commissioning Engineer is needed for a global engineering, construction and project management company in the Kennedy Space Center, FL area. In this role, you will utilize your experience, knowledge, and expertise to perform required testing for facility commissioning and startup. You will participate in building test packages, assist in turnover coordination, equipment inspections, material management and quantities, quality control, and environmental safety and health.

responsibilities:
- The Electrical Startup Engineer will support plant start-up and commissioning processes. The Startup Engineer will be responsible for managing electrical commissioning for their assigned systems and drive it to completion/handover. This will require coordinating with mechanical, instrumentation and control systems disciplines within the startup organization to complete all required testing from component level through integrated operation with the rest of the facility.
- Completes testing per company's Corporate Standard Test and Commissioning Procedures (STCP) and Standard Work Process Procedures (SWPP), project-specific, and other procedures. Review completed test records, data sheets, procedures etc. to assure the requirements being met, including subcontractors test submittals.
