A Construction Manager is needed for an American social media conglomerate corporation in the Rosemount, MN area. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget and requires strong MEP and Change Management expertise, and daily focus on financial review, issue resolution, and vendor coordination.

- This contingent worker role is designed to support our ongoing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- The Construction Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality results while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Change Management (mandatory).
- MEP experience (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) (mandatory).
- Experience with MEP L1-L2 and into L3 (mandatory).
- Preference for larger scale industry experience.
