A Quality Inspector is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products in the Everett, WA area. A Quality Inspector is needed to ensure 100% quality of aviation technology products by performing detailed mechanical and cosmetic inspections of incoming, assembly, and return goods, documenting non-conformances, and applying essential Quality disciplines like 8D and 5 Whys, all within a manufacturing environment.

responsibilities:
- Mechanical and Cosmetic inspection.
- Provide Quality control activities including new product introduction.
- Provide inspection services for incoming goods, returns and assembly.
- Document non-conformances and report major quality issues to leadership.
- First Article inspection.
- Solid inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Technically competent; able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with Quality disciplines: 8D reporting, 5 Whys, and corrective action reports.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively.
- strong attention to detail and precision in a fast-paced environment.
- Good verbal, written, and numerical communication skills.
