The Director of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic planning, direction, and execution of all manufacturing and operational activities across the organization. This position ensures that all facilities and processes operate safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively to meet business goals and customer demand. The Director of Operations will drive a culture of continuous improvement, leverage best practices, and lead the senior operational team to achieve world-class operational performance and profitability.
Qualified candidates will have 10+ years experience in manufacturing operations. BS in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.

responsibilities:
- Work with site leadership to develop and execute long-term operational strategies that align manufacturing capacity, technology, and footprint with the overall business objectives and growth forecasts.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the entire operation, including safety rates, on-time delivery (OTD), manufacturing efficiency (OEE), quality (PPM), and inventory.
- Work with site leadership to manage operational budget, including capital expenditures (CapEx) and operating expenses (OpEx). Drive cost reduction initiatives and ensure profitability goals are met.
- Champion and lead the implementation of world-class operational methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM) across all manufacturing sites to eliminate waste and optimize process flow.
- Maintain commitment to safety. Ensure all facilities operate in full compliance with local, state, and federal HSE regulations, driving injury-reduction goals to achieve a zero-harm culture.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and engaged culture that promotes employee development, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
