Required Qualifications:
- Must have experience handling customer requests
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to resolve customer inquiries via phone or email
- Elevator part knowledge

responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers on progress of testing
- Assists with scheduling repairs with mechanics and superintendent
- Attends and participates in weekly operation/repair meetings
- Booking and scheduling all State required testing
- Suppling quotes to customers for billable testing
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: High School
