We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented leader with a proven record of managing full project lifecycles, ensuring regulatory compliance, and excelling at client relations; familiarity with project management software like Procore is essential. responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of project delivery, from initial planning through to final close-out.
- Cultivate client relationships to accurately define and meet their needs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by securing all required permits and approvals.
- Coordinate bidding, procurement, and logistics, ordering all materials, tools, and labor.
- Develop detailed project cost estimates for various bid types.
- Control budget, schedule, and quality against project specifications.
- Handle key documentation like punch lists, change orders, and RFIs.
- Document and track project progress using Procore software.
- Monitor execution and facilitate collaboration among all project stakeholders.
- Five or more years managing projects in the mechanical industry, including process piping.
- Expertise in mechanical systems, millwright work, and project cost estimation.
- Proven success history of delivering full lifecycle projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory and safety compliance standards.
- Proficient in project management software, ideally Procore.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective client management.
- Organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively on a team.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as required.
