responsibilities:

Oversee and execute diverse industrial construction projects (e.g., food processing, oil and gas).

Develop and deploy detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, and timelines.

Manage all financial, logistical, and contractual elements: scheduling, budgeting, cost control, cash flow, procurement (materials and subcontractors), estimating, change orders, RFIs, invoicing, and negotiations.

Ensure effective project execution from start to finish, successfully managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting.



Qualifications:

• 4+ years of industrial construction experience.
  
  
• 5+ years of on-site execution of industrial projects.
  
  
• Knowledge of Industrial Plant logistics and operating schedules.
  
  
• Experience with Earthwork, Concrete, Structural Steel, Insulated Metal Panels, Welding, Piping, Drains.
  
  
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time
