In this role you will conduct internal audits, inspections, and quality checks across production areas to ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SOP, and 5S standards while managing non-conformances and supporting overall product quality.
Required to have a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, along with line clearance experience. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and inspecting/auditing products!

responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits of packaged "ready to close" units.
- Perform audits of work-in-progress (WIP) products on open work orders.
- Audit production processes and technician practices for compliance with GDP, GMP, and SOP standards.
- Inspect technician desks for line clearance and 5S, GMP, and GDP adherence.
- Audit manufacturing floor for compliance with 5S and GMP standards.
- Create and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for identified issues.
- Maintain and update the QC Internal Audit Failure Log.
- Serve as quality contact for incoming inspections.
- Support technicians and leads with quality-related concerns on the production floor.
- Assist the buyer in managing and rejecting defective vendor materials.
