An Quality Inspector is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products in the Everett, WA area. The Quality Inspector is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring 100% product quality by performing meticulous Mechanical and Cosmetic inspections of incoming goods, returns, and assembly components for aviation systems.

responsibilities:
- Conduct all necessary Mechanical and Cosmetic inspections on components and assemblies.
- Provide essential Quality control activities, including support for new product introduction.
- Perform inspection services for incoming goods, returns, and assembly processes.
- Document all identified non-conformances and promptly report major quality issues to leadership.
- Execute First Article Inspections (FAI) to validate initial production runs.
- Ensure that production and quality procedures are meticulously followed to guarantee 100% quality for customers.
- Carry out all inspection and coordination activities in conformance with company and Health & Safety (H&S) procedures.
- Inspection Experience (Solid experience gained in a manufacturing environment).
- Technical Competence (Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings).
- Quality Discipline Familiarity (Knowledge of 8D reporting, 5 Whys, and corrective action reports).
- Attention to Detail and precision maintenance in a fast-paced environment.
- Independence and Autonomy (Ability to work effectively with little supervision).
- Teamwork and Collaboration skills.
- strong Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- Proficiency in Numerical Skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
