In this role you will oversee administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure training programs for the manufacturing and support groups to remain compliant, efficient, and audit-ready.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering Learning Management Systems such as ComplianceWire, Veeva, or SAP, and applying data integrity best practices in a regulated corporate environment.
A background of 2-4 years in a regulated industry supporting complex technical processes-such as life sciences, energy, aviation, or nuclear-is preferred, along with 4-6 years of professional training experience.

responsibilities:
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase training efficiency and consistency.
- Support and participate in internal and external audits related to training compliance.
- Review SOPs and Training Needs Assessments to identify and implement required training updates.
- Provide technical support and training for LMS users and administrators.
- Process training assignments, user group updates, and data entry for non-LMS training activities.
- Generate and deliver training reports to support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Develop, update, and streamline training curricula in coordination with manufacturing and support teams.
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and ease of use.
