This is a hands-on, high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives on the road and excels at managing complex electrical systems from start to finish. This is 100% traveling position so you can be based out of any city.

responsibilities:
- Manage all field operations, with a focus on safety, quality control, and scheduling.
- Prepare contract extras and progress payments for client approval.
- Ensure that all electrical contractor work is compliant with drawings and specifications.
- Maintain on-site records and files according to document control requirements.
- Provide clear and professional communication with clients to resolve all project-related issues.
- Provide accurate daily reports and quality inspection reports.
- 10+ years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 8+ years of relevant experience with an Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
- Heavy background in electrical and controls systems.
- Willingness and ability to travel 100% to project locations throughout the United States.
- Experience leading electrical construction on large-scale, heavy industrial projects, especially within the power sector.
- Knowledge of various subcontractor disciplines.
- OSHA 30 certification.
