In this role you will be responsible for independently designing and coordinating electrical systems for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring integration with control systems and compliance with all applicable codes and standards.
You are required to have a Bachelor's in EE or related, along with California Electrical PE license. Must have experience in electrical design for water and wastewater infrastructure, AutoCad, and working knowledge of SCADA, PLC's control systems!

responsibilities:
- Design electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and protection systems.
 - Prepare one-line diagrams, panel schedules, conduit and wiring plans, and load calculations
 - Specify electrical equipment, including switchgear, transformers, MCCs, and protective relays.
 - Collaborate with automation engineers to ensure seamless integration with control and SCADA systems.
 - Review and develop electrical plans, P&IDs, and system schematics using AutoCAD.
 - Conduct site visits for field verification, startup, and commissioning support.
 - Develop technical specifications, cost estimates, and construction support documentation.
 - Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards, including NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and local utility requirements.
 - Perform QA/QC reviews of design packages and provide mentorship to junior staff.
