Process Engineer to join our clients team to drive efficiency in a high volume manufacturing environment! In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and optimizing processes, and implementing lean manufacturing principles to improve quality, delivery and cost.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Must have at least three (3) years experience evaluating and improving manufacturing processes
- Experience in an automotive or related manufacturing environment
- NPI and design review experience
- CAPEX/Project management Experience

responsibilities:
- Conducting process analysis and implementing improvements for manufacturing
- Develop and maintain standard labor hours, cycle time and takt time data
- Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify opportunities for improvement, including cost reduction, throughput increase, and workflow efficiency
- Perform value stream mapping, time studies, capacity analysis, layout/production flow analysis, and document standard work
- Drive the projects to increase productivity, reduce lead-time, improve quality, and cost savings
