In this role you will be responsible for supporting the design, installation, validation, and launch of battery production equipment and processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.

Bachelor's degree in engineering (or 10+ years equivalent experience) with proven expertise in manufacturing process development, capital project execution, AutoCAD proficiency, and the ability to manage schedules and support production startup activities.

responsibilities:
- Support machine specification, procurement, validation, installation, and pre-production trials for battery manufacturing lines
- Participate in manufacturing trials to verify equipment safety, quality, operational availability, and efficiency.
- Assist engineering teams with the construction, setup, and optimization of battery production equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across local facilities and corporate departments to achieve project milestones.
- Learn and apply new manufacturing processes and systems as required.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional activities with minimal supervision, ensuring alignment across departments.
