An industry leader in design, deployment, and support of high performance wireless networks and solutions, seeks an Onsite Field Engineer, who will idependently deploy, monitor, and maintain advanced wireless networks (like DAS and Wi-Fi) at customer facilities near Norwich/NewHaven, CT., primarily conducting RF signal surveys and ensuring system compliance.

responsibilities:
- Execute deployment engineering tasks and provide Tier 2/3 technical support for DAS and RF customers
- Manage all project Warranty, Monitoring, and Maintenance contracts to ensure strict SLA compliance
- Conduct pre-sales site surveys to assess coverage, collect baseline data, and confirm system constructibility
- Perform post-installation activities including commissioning, optimization, and CW/RF path loss testing
- Assist in defining best practices for maintenance, manage project budgets, and balance competing demands from various stakeholders(PMs, Sales, etc.)
