Construction Superintendent opportunity based in the Visalia, CA area. This position will be responsible for the onsite management of institutional and governmental facilities improvement projects. You will coordinate all construction activities such as overseeing scheduling, subcontractor management, and client communication to ensure timely and profitable completion.

responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all construction project activities, including materials and subcontractors, to meet deadlines and maximize productivity.
- Provide daily on-site leadership, serving as the primary representative to the customer and holding regular update meetings with the construction team.
- Oversee and review subcontractor work to ensure quality control and adherence to job specifications and drawings.
- Enforce site safety programs and ensure all work complies with building codes and other regulations.
- 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent, ideally with experience in Energy Efficiency projects.
- Superior written and verbal communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a confident, goal-oriented mentality.
- OSHA 10 and-or OSHA 30 certification preferred
