Company is in search of a Lead Crane Field Service Technician in the Denver CO area. Candidates that are interested must have 8+ years overhead crane service experience. We are seeking skilled individuals that have advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. This experience must include knowledge and mastery of applicable codes including OSHA, NEC, CMAA, OSHA, and ASME. A journeyman or master electrician license is highly desirable, along with proven leadership experience (operator training/mentorship). Candidates must have project management skills and professional demeanor to interact with customers for support.

responsibilities:
- Lead and act as the main point of contact for complex projects both on and off site.
- Lead a team of technicians, subcontractors, and other associates by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing technical, schedule, policy, and best practice guidance.
- Train technicians on crane maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and proper use of diagnostic tools.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and inspect overhead cranes and hoists to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Conduct equipment and safety meetings to reinforce policy compliance and best practices.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and detailed inspections on equipment.
- Identify mechanical or electrical issues, recommend repair solutions, and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams on repairs, safety concerns, and project status.
- Document service and installation activities by completing accurate forms, reports, and checklists.
- Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
