The Maintenance Tech would be responsible for being a hands-on problem solver responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of all plant production equipment and facility systems. This role is critical in maintaining a high-quality production environment.

responsibilities:
- Execute all maintenance (PM/CM/PdM) on production equipment (mixers, pumps, conveyors, robotics, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
- Conduct general facility repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, and structural issues.
- Diagnose/repair industrial electrical systems (up to 480V) and control circuits.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, CNC machines, VFDs, and instrumentation.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for repair and service execution.
